By installing or using Krushi Saarthi, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Krushi Saarthi is free to download for personal, non-commercial use by farmers and farm workers. Optional paid features and Crop Health credits are shown in the app. You must be 18 or older, or use the app with guardian consent.
Mandi rates are informational
Rates are sourced from government APMC data and may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from actual transaction prices. Always verify with your local mandi before making business decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by a compromised device.
Limitation of liability
The app provides information and tools, including market prices, weather, calculations and AI crop guidance. These may be unavailable, incomplete or incorrect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on this information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
AI crop guidance can be wrong
Crop Health uses artificial intelligence to suggest possible problems from a photo. AI can make mistakes, miss a disease, confuse disease with pest damage or nutrient stress, or return an uncertain result. A healthy result does not prove that the whole plant or field is healthy. A confidence score describes the model output; it is not a guarantee of accuracy.
Before choosing treatment
Use the result as a starting point. Do not select or apply pesticides, fertilisers or other treatments solely from an AI result. Confirm the problem and suitable treatment with a qualified local agriculture expert, and follow the product label and applicable local requirements. Photo quality, crop stage and field conditions can affect the result. We do not promise a particular diagnosis, yield, recovery or financial outcome.
Crop Health checks and credits
The app shows the available free checks, credit balance and any applicable cost. A completed check can use an allowance or credits even when the result is healthy or uncertain; payment does not guarantee a diagnosis. Review the displayed price before purchasing credits. If a check or payment appears incomplete or incorrect, contact support with the check or order reference. Do not send your OTP or full payment-card details. Applicable consumer rights and store refund rules remain unaffected.
